Pulp Feed Conveyors

Mayfran’s pulp feed conveyors are an ideal solution for a wide range of fiber supply, including OCC, ONP, miscellaneous wastepaper, virgin fiber bales, wet-lap and loose pulp. Our solutions are designed for heavy service and can reliably withstand the demanding nature of these applications. We offer conveyors that can convey and store up to 30,000 pounds of bales on the conveyor at one time.

We offer 6″ and 9″ pitch hinged steel-belt conveyors, 6″ and 9″ flat-top conveyors, 9″, 12″ and 400 mm Z-Pan conveyors, or 9″, 12″ and 400 mm A-Pan conveyors based on material and load specifications. Additional features include:

• Open-frame construction
• Bottom reinforcements on every pitch
• Hardened pins
• ASCE rails on belt carrying tracks and 3/8″-thick wear-resistant bars on return tracks
• Available in various pan thicknesses
• Available with various side wing thicknesses
• Electrical controls with constant or variable speed drives
