CS1 Conveyor

Mayfran’s CS1 Conveyor offers advanced chip removal and coolant cleaning to help keep operations up and running. It separates small chips and fines from the coolant and increases machine uptime. Small chips and coolant enter the load area of the conveyor, and material is removed by the drag scraper belt and elevated to the discharge hopper.

The CS1 Conveyor operates in the following fashion:
