ConSep® Flex Conveyor

Mayfran’s ConSep® Flex all-in-one chip conveyor and coolant cleaning system combines three chip removal technologies in one compact package:

  • Hinged steel belt conveyor for removing most chips and turnings
  • Drag (scraper) conveyor to remove fine chips and swarf
  • Magnetic bed to attract ferrous fines (such as cast iron) for removal by scraper

It uses the ConSep® 2000 II’s design with magnets to clear out small chips and is used with cast-iron plus cast-aluminum applications. It cleans coolant to 50-micron nominal plus 98% of ferrous particles by weight.
