ConSep® 2000 II Conveyor

Mayfran’s ConSep® 2000 II is a single-belt version of the popular ConSep® 2000 conveyor that offers an integrated filtration chip and coolant system. Like its multibelt counterpart, its unique design protects the drum filter, and its permanent self-cleaning filter media with backwash spray cleans coolant to 50-micron nominal.

The ConSep® 2000 II also:

• Handles most chip types and various materials
• Prevents damage of the drum filter with a steel belt
• Manages small chips and fines with an auger conveyor at the discharge
• Presents a lower-profile design, allowing for easier integration into certain machining centers and lathes
