CleanSweep G2

The CleanSweep G2 is a midrange chip conveyor with a patented inner handling system, ideal for a wide variety of chip types. It’s an economical option that provides both chip handling and coolant filtration functionality, helping you improve efficiency and machine uptime. A removable screen box is available for water-based coolant filtration down to 150-micron nominal. For oil-based coolant applications, a special 500-micron unit is available. Also available from Mayfran is a G2 “retrofit ready” standard hinged belt chip conveyor. It is easily upgradeable to the G2 configuration at your convenience.
