The AT-Cleaner Sides Stream Package
A Mayfran coolant cleaning and high-pressure coolant system integrated into the chip conveyor and coolant tank can help reduce floor space and piping requirements. The AT-Cleaner Side Stream Package can be retrofitted to any existing chip conveyor.
The AT Mobile Separator
This portable AT-Cleaner separator system offers the same cyclonic cleaning but with the added advantage of being able to move between machines. The AT Mobile Separator utilizes a heavy-duty marine duty pump and an external sludge bin for easy cleanup and removal.
The AT-Cleaner can also be used to continuously clean a portion of the water-soluble coolant to remove fine particulate and reduce the parts per million.
