Pneumatic Chip Conveyor
Mayfran’s pneumatic chip conveyors provide cost-effective collection of scrap from machining operations and transport it to a central binning or processing operation. The pneumatic chip conveyor is available in blowing- or suction-based designs. Equipped with the Vacuum Dynamics® System, it is configurable with manual or automatic pickup stations to service multiple machine tools.
The systems are flexible enough to meet a wide variety of machine tool arrangements, including innovative at-the-tool design for large gantry-type machine tools.
