The following statements are constructed from a questionnaire that was sent out to Jeff Michael the Co-owner of Chief Engineering Group.

Chief Engineering Group is comprised of multiple talented salespeople; Andy Wasilewski, Mark Peterson, Jeff Michael, and Dan Reasoner. Together these four represent Mayfran in Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas.

CEG has a general focus in ancillary machine tool equipment and cutting tools, selling cutting tools, coolant filtration systems, coolant chilling and chip processing equipment, air filtration equipment, and industrial vacuums for many years. The relationship between Mayfran and CEG has been longstanding, its owners Jeff Michael and Dan Reasoner have been a part of the Mayfran family for a long time. Michael was a Regional Sales Manager at Mayfran from 1990-2011 before going on to represent Mayfran as a Manufacturers’ Rep with Velecon, LLC. While Reasoner had been a Manufacturers’ Rep for Mayfran for several years before founding CEG with Michael in 2023. Being the winner of the 2023 Dealer of the Year Aftermarket award and joining the 2023 $5 Million Dollar Sales Club, the group’s efforts have not gone unnoticed and have been nothing but immaculate.

The Mayfran name has helped CEG capitalize on sales within the industry. “Mayfran has been an essential part of our offering since the beginning of our business. It has allowed us access to customers in many industries and enabled us to sell other products and services.” said Co-owner Jeff Michael. The quality of Mayfran products has also contributed to their monumental success within the industry. “Dan and I have been selling Mayfran for many years. Our customers recognize the Mayfran name and know that it means ‘quality’. This lends credibility to our sales team and our other product lines.” stated Michael.
